There are alot of reasons WHY I love coaching, but it truly comes down to my desire to
BEING THE VERSION OF MYSELF THAT PAST ME ALWAYS NEEDED and make others feel SEEN, VALIDATED and less alone in their experiences.
I PURSUE MY PASSIONS AS A COACH, WRITER + ARTIST FOR HER:
I'VE ALWAYS LONGED TO BE A LIGHT FOR OTHERS...
I've been on a 20+ year healing journey (through an anxiety disorder, eating disorder and trauma recovery)... and I remember from a young age feeling the pull from deep within that I had a duty to share my experiences and wisdom so others would never feel alone in their experiences or feelings.
Though it took me years to come to a place in my healing where I felt safe to SPEAK and WRITE about these experiences, FINDING MY VOICE and giving myself the permission to pursue my creative passions has created a sense of inner freedom + well of creativity I so long to share with you!
As a coach, I'm not in the business of giving advice or providing cookie-cutter 'solutions.' I'm here to be your safe space to explore + solicit the answers from within that are ALREADY within you. I'm here to witness your visions and goals and hold you ACCOUNTABLE to them.
